Items will be sent to you via Royal Mail tracked delivery.
Delivery time is between 7 to 28 days, depending on shoes being in stock.
Your returned items must be received within 30 days of being dispatched to you.
All products we sell are brand new, unused and unmarked condition. When an item is returned it must be in this same condition as when you received it, so we can put it back into stock to resell. Any shoes worn outdoors, creased, or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
We will issue refunds up to the value of the original transaction.
Items can be returned in person to our shop or by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier service myHermes, both of which covers you for loss or damage. If a returned item is lost in transit you will have to make a claim against the carrier.
